Great product, with efficacy against a range of viruses. Especially single-stranded RNA ones, which is lately pretty helpful!! Also seems to reduce immune reactions of the more negative or auto-immune kind. Be aware that it's known for reducing one's sense of taste and smell. I find that returns after a while so it doesn't bother me, but occasionally people say their senses are permanently impeded. Also stronger adverse reactions of various sorts are sometimes reported from this herb, although AFAIK not from this brand so much, If taking it for the first time, might be wise to try cautiously until you know how your body handles it.

Glad I chose this particular Andrographis — it’s just as effective as the more expensive brands. I took it as an anti-inflammatory for reflux, and while using it, I didn’t feel any irritation symptoms. Overall, I’m really happy I discovered this Ayurvedic herb - it’s a truly valuable gift of nature for many health conditions.

I have gotten sick twice since I started taking this, which isn't ideal however I do feel that the intensity/severity of both illnesses was less than in previous years when I've gotten sick, so I'm considering it a win and will continue to experiment with it.
