I appreciate the 500 mg per capsule dosage. According to research on Salacia, a 300 mg dose is already sufficient to regulate blood sugar. The 500 mg dose was the highest tested in the same study, and while the difference isn’t huge, it does show better results. However, since the study only involved around small number of participants, the results may not fully reflect individual differences or be entirely conclusive. Nevertheless it’s good to have the potentially more effective one.

My husband has been using this to lower his sugar in combination with a few other blood sugar control supplements, and it is working very well at keeping his numbers in normal range 👍

I take this with a few other supplements but since adding this to my regiment my rate of weight loss has increased a bit without a change to my diet.
