Good overall quality product from this well known brand as usual, the bottle and active ingredient, and includes the usual fillers as well. The capsules format is convenient to take and the size of the capsules are small so very easy to swallow. This iron is great for increasing body levels when deficient only.
My Ferritin levels went from 18 to 114! This iron is THE BEST iron when it comes to absorption without causing any digestive issues like bloating or constipation. It contains the sucrosomial form of iron at a very affordable price. I took two capsules everyday for a month, then just one capsule.
