I have been using this complex at least 3 times and noticed great impact on my memory but it I have noticed this effect after 2 weeks of use. But of course I also take multivitamins and Ashwagandha. no side effects so far I 'm taking one pill in the morning. I think Venpocetine is great together with other ingredients. Size of the pills are small and dosage is not huge. I have ordered this again because I have seen benefits of this complex.

I used other Extract Memory supplement brand, this is the 1st time purchased the Swanson. By now the impression is very good. I take it with breakfast. Sometime I take one capsule before dinner. Seems well packed and easy to use.
