I started taking this because of a dull achy knee pains I would get on a daily basis, from daily chores/exercise, etc. From what I read, other people felt its efficacy within weeks/months, so I figured I would get the same results. Well, I started feeling its effect less than a week!! I was shocked when I realized I would get out of bed in the morning and my knee stiffness and achy feeling were gone!! I thought it was just a fluke, but my knee pain has diminished by 90%, I would say. It hasn't completely gone, but my goodness the effects were noticeable. I have recommended this to my friend who has a really bad knee pain and fingers crossed this will work for her, too.

Works well! Amazing effect. I suffered a bad hip sprain about a year ago and have tried pretty much everything except surgery. But this is quite relaxing, for me, so I take it only at bedtime along with Pro-Resolving Mediators, which has turned out to be a good combination. Very good quality!

I started taking AvoVida after trying other supplements that didn’t seem to help and I noticed the arthritis pain in my hip almost disappeared an hour or so after taking it. I started out taking the 100mg version and at first I didn’t realise it was the AvoVida causing the pain to dissipate until I took it a few times and each time the pain reduced significantly.

I should've bought a lot more since I can't find this anywhere else. The ingredient is high quality and I felt improvement on my knee and ankle pain. It has great benefit for mid- to old- age for its composition of isoflavones that helps joint health. It has no bad smell or taste and work well with my calcium deficiency and low carb diet. The package is good, it stores well in cool dry storage and doesn't spoil.

Have not tried this before and it is early days. Swanson has a great track record for quality and price so my hopes are that it can help my joint pain to some degree. Fingers crossed!
