Full Spectrum® Buchu Leaf Extract, 100 mg, 60 Capsules

I am giving this a go for embedded/chronic urinary tract infection after years of antibiotics. Antibiotics have definitely worked for me and do help, but they are hard to get long term and I am keen to find something that I can help myself with, without having to 'prove' infection and suffer in the meantime. I have had great success with a couple of other supplements and look forward to this being helpful too (if I do need it again!).

I'm prone to UTIs and buchu leaf has been shown to improve symptoms. Given how uncomfortable UTIs are, I'm never not without this.

I like buchu. I take it because it is helpful for my urinary and gynecological problems and it is also good for sinusitis, There is no side effect and goes well together with other medical plants and supplement. I also take it as a preventative.

I started taking this supplement after having a UTI and listening to Dr. Berg's podcast . This product is supposed to help with bladder inflammation and as a natural diuretic. I will probably purchase this again.
