I love and trust Swanson’s products as I have used them for a long time. I made a mistake and didn’t realize these are lemon flavored, I wanted them for my senior dog as usually add a drop or two to her food. She’s still active and sharp at 15 years. But refuses this lemon flavored omega oil, I guess unlike us humans she prefers the fishy flavored ones. I’ve been taking these and the only thing I can say for sure is my hair looks and feels more healthy and nourished. Hopefully it’s benefiting my body in other unseen ways, too.
