I tried this Catuaba supplement for the first time, after having tried the bark tea. It has a very noticeable effect, and gives quite a bit of energy. Love the quality! The benefit is a clear increase in focus and rise in mood. As for the ingredients, the only concern is it is not veg caps and contains gelatin, and secondly, it’s a very strong stimulant, so I wouldn’t advise taking it everyday. I felt quite drained after taking it every day for a week. It felt like my adrenals were fatigued and I had a bit of anxiety. Take it every other day, or 2 on 1 off.

Catuaba bark was recommended to us. These seem to be made from quality ingredients, there is a strong (but not unpleasant) peppery scent. Average sized capsules. Dosage is full, not a take two for one kind of dose. Some benefits so far. No obvious taste or dietary upset. No complaints.
