Full Spectrum®, Blessed Thistle, 400 mg, 90 Capsules

I have been trying this as it contains cnicin which in a recent study was meant to help neuropathy. I will keep trying as have only been using for one month, but it hasn't upset my tummy or anything, taking 3 x a day. Still awaiting to see if it helps

The quality of these pills is excellent. Ingredients are pure. Good size bottle nice dosaging there are so many benefits to blessed thistle. I personally was taking this for my breast-feeding journey. I’ve continued to do great on my journey by taking different supplements, and this was one of them.

I started taking these after reading a study about nerve regeneration. I had clavicle repair surgery several months prior, and in the process they lazily severed the nerve that gives feeling to the upper chest. After taking these for a about 4 months I have started having occasional annoying tingles in the area--like the nerves are actually growing. I was about to give up on these, but I'm back for another bottle.

Good blessed thistle supplement for breast milk supply. I take this with other herbs for good effect. The capsules are not hard to swallow. I get good results after one or two weeks of taking it. No side effects for me at all. Really happy with this product quality.

it's a supplement i buy in my country 10€ more expensive, but here?Is the best quality on the best price...The size is the normal one we have in Greece (but for less money).I use it for increasing my milk(I breastfeed) and it really works, no problems caused . The dosage is different from what it is instructed (bc my needs are diffrend) and still no problems , i take 3 pills 3times a day. the taste is ok, it's herbs what do you expect?????but except from increasing my milk, I think it helps with digestion too
