I noticed that the other brand of magnesium oxides that I had bought previously had silicon dioxide. I was looking for a more natural ingredient brand and found this. The only negative is the capsule itself seems thicker and is more difficult for your body to absorb. Besides that I think it's a pure high quality supplement.
Quality seems good and consistent with the description provided on the website. No complaints at this point, and the product appears reliable based on current use.

quality magnesium, the size is great, I noticed it helped with sleep, and there's no back taste. Most of these magnesium products bother my stomach but I tolerate this one very well
This is a good dose of magnesium in small size capsules with good ingredients. Possibly not the best absorbed magnesium, but still a useful slow release form and beneficial for constipation. Also acts as an antacid, so can block iron absorption (best taken separately). A useful item for at least occasional use.
