I noticed that the other brand of magnesium oxides that I had bought previously had silicon dioxide. I was looking for a more natural ingredient brand and found this. The only negative is the capsule itself seems thicker and is more difficult for your body to absorb. Besides that I think it's a pure high quality supplement.

I use this to help with constipation, it works by drawing water into the digestive system. If doing this you need to drink extra water and electrolytes and it’s not a long term fix.
I take 2-3 of them with dinner. Doing so keeps my bowel moving every morning. I plan to keep this regimen to keep my gut health. Capsules are medium sized so they are easy to swallow with a glass of water.

quality magnesium, the size is great, I noticed it helped with sleep, and there's no back taste. Most of these magnesium products bother my stomach but I tolerate this one very well
This is a good dose of magnesium in small size capsules with good ingredients. Possibly not the best absorbed magnesium, but still a useful slow release form and beneficial for constipation. Also acts as an antacid, so can block iron absorption (best taken separately). A useful item for at least occasional use.
