Valerian Root, 475 mg, 100 Capsules

I’m using this in combination with 2 other supplements with other ingredients from Swanson in order to improve my sleep quality. Size is easy to swallow and the dosage is the exact one recommended by my nutritionist. I can definitely notice its benefit! Taste is irrelevant, it does smell strongly like herbs.

The quality is good even the size and the dosage it benefits for a quality sleep. The ingredients is natural, but the taste is the worst taste ever it taste like or smell like wet dog and that’s the problem that I cannot continue using it regularly I hope I could use it every day despise the smell and the taste

This works very well. I see an enormous difference with just 1 capsule. I take 2 capsules whenever I want to sleep in and get a good rest. The price is insanely low for what you get. Highly recommend!
