I really like this product from Swanson. I like that the dosage is not too high, allowing me to get vitamin c from the food that I take without overdosing. the pill is easy to swallow. my second bottle so far.

Very high quality vitamin C, exactly what I was looking for: buffered, with 500 mg active ingredient content. It doesn't hurt your stomach because it's not too acidic due to buffering. I think it's the best value for money solution for daily antioxidant intake and to give some extra support to strengthen the immune system.
This is the buffered Vitamin C with the cleanest ingredients that I've found in capsul form - in my price range anyway. Before I started taking Vitamin C every day I'd catch every cold, flu, etc. that came around but this helps my immune system to fight against those invaders. I learned that stress reduces Vitamin C and who's not stressed these days?! I take 500 mg per day and if I feel something coming on I take more and usually can fight it. I with they had a bigger bottle though. It would reduce plastic and likely would cost less per capsule.
An excellent form of vitamin C as it contains the form which is gentle on the stomach. It also contains the bioflavonoids which enhance the absorption of the "C". I have used many of this companies products and found them all to be of high quality and the price is affordable.
Great supplement, I feel more energy when I use it regularly. Easy for stomach, doesn't irritate it, there is no acidity in your mouth after consuming. Doesn't have taste. Package is convenient. I also use it when my period is late - drink 2 capsules a day for a day or two and it always comes :)
This formula is excellent as it not only has the form of Vitamim C (calcium ascorbate (which is gentle on the stomach) but the added citrus bioflavonoids make the "C" more absorbable. The price is good and I use a lot of their other products so know the quality is excellent.
