I usually take it for menstrual migraine before getting my menses and it helps to keep it away from.. but need the take 2-3 days before menses
I am a big fan of Swanson, and have been very satisfied with how well their feverfew works. I take it for headaches and hip pain, but it's especially great to take for sinus headaches paired with stinging nettle. It's a great quality supplement, and very easy to take. And since I just take it as needed, the bottle lasts me a long time. I trust this brand, and this product works very well.
I got this to help symptoms that I cannot tell you about because 10 years ago I got a phone call from iHerb scolding me for my detailed reviews and FORCED ME to change my wording and anihilated my rewards. So I cannot tell you, you'll have to look up what it does. HINT: it's not what the flower name is that I use it for.
Swanson Feverfew helps a lot with headaches. As soon as I start feeling the pain, l take one of these plus one capsule of white willow of the same brand, and the headache is nipped in the bud.
Great as a natural remedy for migraines. This is a life quality saver. Migraines are really difficult to control but feverfew is a real help... I personally take I Swansons Butterbur and half a capsule of Swansons Feverfew twice a day and that helps very well.
