There are many health benefits from the cayenne, ginger, hawthorn berry, and lecithin. All in 1 vegetarian capsules. Beneficial to cardiovascular health and anti-inflammatory. I am happy I came across these.
No negative effects were experienced. I didn't notice any positive effect either, but I'm in a good health in general, so it's hard to spot a shift to the positive with the most supplements for me. No ill effects suit me well enough.

I have ordered this product after watching some videos of Barbara about the benefits and ingredients cayenne pepper 🌶️. then when I found this product the reviews were mostly positive. the size is just right and has no taste. it help me make my choice amount many other products and choose this one. it is a good quality, am not sure about the dosage but I from the reviews it seems to be the right Daily value. it works for me!
I am taking Super Cayenne almost a month. At first it felt strange (a warming effect) when I was taking the pill. But this feeling was disappearing after few minutes. Now I don't feel anything. I can't say yet are there any benefits for my body, but there are no unwanted side effects, that's why I will continue taking it :)
In fairness.. I wish I could eat ten cayenne peppers every day. But unfortunately due to a chronic illness it is not suitable. This product solved my problem - it digests wonderfully and the energy is just before the appearance.
I am very hopeful for the long-term effect of this supplement. I could feel its effect the first time I took it. The size of the bottle is pretty large, the capsules are easy to swallow. Keep in mind to not drink it on an empty stomach though. Good quality product.
I love this one. I was taking a simple cayenne supplement but I like the blend in this one better. Ginger helps with my digestion concerns. I can tell just by adding cayenne to my diet my health has improved. Adding Hawthorne berry ties all the goodness together. I like the ease of this brand and the simplicity of the ingredients.
