Something about collagen makes my stomach rebel, but because of my age I feel I need all the help I can get! So I take this one after a meal. I’ve had other collagen supplements that I’ve had to throw out because I’m highly sensitive to the odour, but this one really isn’t too bad. Marine collagen definitely seems to be a better ingredient than meat industry waste like beef or chicken-derived collagen. I honestly couldn’t say if I’ve noticed an effect because I’m a bit inconsistent about using it every day, but the quality is excellent.

The dosage is high but for any noticable effects you have to include them in your diet for longer. Improvement most noticable in hair growth but has many other benefits also like skin elasticity & joint mobility. Package is good, the same swanson as always. No taste. Easy composition for gut.
