Seems to be good in quality. I bought this kind of accidentally but I managed to finish the whole bottle. I am not sure if it was due to this product but I noticed that I feel less bloated than usual. No bad taste or side effects at all. Good size too, easy to swallow.

From the barberry root you can find the ingredient of berberine which has great benefits in losing weight, lowering your cholesterol. They have a good quality with 60 capsules of dosage and they taste normal. Which the size of the package were bigger as berberine is something quite expensive
I chose this over berberine and am still experimenting with it but have found it benefiical especially since I have been on a huge health kick to support detox. Very little detox symptoms so feel like it has supported nicely.
So far it’s helped with my blood pressure and we will see what else over time
I needed something with berberine that was not as potent as other brands (other brands having high doses of berberine in their supplements), because I wanted to take it a few times a day, at small doses in addition to other supplements. I was also low on money. Seeing that this product was affordable and had the whole barberry root bark, I figured the berberine amount should be lower than other supplements, which is what I want. It helps my symptoms and thankfully it works in a pinch. I was glad to see it also didn't have the types of additives that I avoid in supplements (no dextrose, maltodextrin, flour, etc). I take it 2-3 times a day.
