I have a very low blood circulation, been trying this & that with prescriptions and off the counter. most didn't really changed much & that's after I gave it some time. these soft gel is the easiest to sollow no after taste at all not too big I can take both pills at the same time (!) it took a few days & the numbing hands & feet got lower after 2 pill bottles I felt the change. (I'd say there's a change 4the better in around 35% which is significant for me) try it, there's nothing to lose by it.

The quality of the to this is good. Have been taking it for awhile and it helps with my blood circulation. Used to have tingling feet and after about 3 weeks of taking it, it relieved the feeling. the size of the gel pill is easy to swallow and doesn't leave a taste. it works for me.

I occasionally have a slight increase in blood pressure that causes headaches. A prescription pill helps me, but I thought about replacing the pill with this supplement. I bought this to help with circulation at night. I am not yet sure if it is working but there are no ill effect from using it.
