These are great, I just cut the capsule and suck out the content, then discard the shell (there's titanium dioxide in it). It has a very neutral taste. Taking two before sleep helps constipation, and for some reason for me this form of magnesium feels the most effective. For years I spent money on the "more effective" forms of magnesium, while I never really felt anything from them. Magnesium Oxide is helping me sleep better. Not excited about the sunflower oil, as I am not using any seed oil in my house, would be great if Carlson would change it to olive oil, or MCT, or coconut oil. Update (25. Oct. 2024)- The product was out of stock for months and the new product they came back doesn't contain titanium dioxide anymore. The hard capsule shell is dark brown (not white as before, because of the titanium dioxide) and not easy to open with teeth anymore, need a scissor to puncture it. This was a nice move from Carlson to change the ingredients. Thank you!

I didn't use this brand much now. I did purchase different supplement from this brand. I think they are alright.
Good quality magnesium gels with few ingredients, so it is allergen friendly. A bit big sized gel but I am still able to swallow it. It makes me sleepy when I take it, and improves my sleep quality and benefits muscle and joint pain. Has no bad taste after swallowing. Very good magnesium supplement.
Good for the bones. The size includes more than 100 capsules consumables for three months. It helps to sufficed strong muscles, energy booster, better sleep. Balance hormones and the taste are normal.

I got this for myself because I work out a lot and needed something to support my muscles. The 400 mg dose isn’t super high, but it’s more than most other options and should cover most of what I need. I also prefer soft gels since they absorb better than tablets. You get 100 in the bottle, so it lasts a good while. Great quality and value overall.

I have been taking this product for a number of years to help with my issues of insomnia, it does help to relax your mind and body, somewhat, I don't always get a full night's sleep every night, but I certainly rest much better if I take the magnesium about an hour before bedtime
