The key ingredient in this effective cough syrup is mullein! My cough did not get bad or last too long. I was able to sleep at night without coughing. Great quality and was happy with the benefits and taste.

Mullein is a very good herb to take especially when you have a cough to loosen up the phlegm. It definitely has an earthy taste but if you can get past that its pretty good. Love the other ingredients as well.
This is a very potent syrup with excellent herbs and honey for cough and upper respiratory support. I believe it can be used daily but I tend to only give it to my son when a cough arises. It's important to support those wet coughs as they can lead to lower respiratory infections which typically require antibiotics. Will continue to buy it.
