L. plantarum is a promising probiotic for diarrhea, high cholesterol, atopic dermatitis and it can alleviate allergies symptoms (this is the reason I take it). I recently added it to my supplement stack and I think it’s working.
Last year, I started taking probiotics to help with my digestive health, and they've been quite helpful. I’ve noticed some positive difference since I began using them. I take other supplements of this brand so I made this addition to my routine.
it reduced my ADHD simptoms and bloating I've seen a great benefit from it. works from day one. i been taking it for 6 months no stop. size is great, no taste, great quality and easily absorbed. Better digestion no more constipation and no more gut issues. package is perfect fits my bag. i believe it balanced my microbiome.
I used to feel drained after workouts, but this supplement’s ingredient quality, serving size, and steady frequency have been beneficial for my endurance, recovery, and overall health.
This is good for my gut health. After taking this, my problem of constipation is under control and it helps me to move my bowels more regularly. A rather effective brand compared to some others.
I’ve had a great experience with this L. Plantarum strain from Swanson. It’s gentle on the stomach and noticeably helps with bloating and irregular digestion. The 10 billion CFU dosage per capsule seems to be just right — not too much, not too little — and I appreciate the clean, targeted formulation. The EMBO Caps AP technology is a nice touch too, ensuring the bacteria survive stomach acid and reach the gut. You can tell the ingredient quality is high, and the capsules are vegan and easy to take. Definitely worth it for anyone looking to support their gut with a single, well-studied strain.
My regular GI probiotic was out of stock, and I needed it right away, so I decided to try the Swanson brand. So glad I did!! It works as well, if not better than my regular brand...and it is much less expensive. Will be using this from now on.
I really like this product. It’s very helpful. The quality is good, convenient package and size.
Great quality Size is nice Package is neat No bad taste
