Experiencing some hair loss after covid. I Did research & found this plus I cysteine to be helpful. The L cysteine Gave me stomach aches, but This one was much more tolerable. I take just 1 on an empty stomach Each day and have seen Noticeable improvement. I have decided it is a staple that I plan to keep. Also add a few drops of rosemary oil to shampoo.
