This product has little to no taste or smell to me, although others have described it as being slightly sweet. It mixes alright into liquids but you can get some clumping. For me, this product causes some gas but it is feeding the good bacteria. It seems to help speed up my motility some.
Good quality with the right ingredients to give a full spectrum and composition. High benefits
I started using this Swanson inulin powder a few weeks ago, and it’s been a really simple way to boost my fiber. It dissolves easily in my morning coffee or smoothie, tastes almost neutral (just a slight sweetness), and I’ve felt my digestion improve. Some gas appeared at first, but that’s pretty common with prebiotic fiber. Overall, it’s a handy, effective supplement to support gut health.
You can easily put this inulin supplement into pretty much anything. It`s consistency is very smooth, not grainy, and it tastes almost nothing. Just a very very slight sweet flavor. As for its probiotic effects, this supplements had a noticable positive effect on my digestion after only a couple of days. Modern foods being often lacking in fiber this is a very smart supplement to bolster your health. The gut affects every system in the body.
