Smells like Chlorella green vegetables. The smell lingers on my fingers, but it's acceptable. No stimulation to my stomach, with iron. On the second day, I noticed the difference. My face was brightened and my eyes looked wider, I looked younger. Unfortunately, it doesn't happen every single day, but overall, I like it.

The capsules are easy to swallow and the price is great compared to other brands, which is why I gave it 3 stars. I haven't experienced any negative side effects, but I also haven't seen the benefits I was hoping for. I will finish the bottle to see if it just needs more time to build up in my system, but as of right now, the results are unnoticeable.
