Totally happy with the quality of the ingredients in the package and definitely feel this composition provides marked improvement in individual suffering from concern specific to anxiety and nervous energy excess. However, be forewarned that in our small test group, the supplement seemed to modify the major depression of one subject in a negative way, while certainly leveling the mood, unfortunately doing so at a very low level, leaving the subject in their most depressed state with further flattening of affect. Your mileage may vary of course, and all of this is subjective, but this has been our small test group's experience! Cannot say enough good things about the quality and ingredients though!

Pure Synergy is one of the brands I’m most loyal to, for the high quality of their products/ingredients. Always organic. This one has a very pleasant smell to the bottle. I take one in the morning and feel more energized and focused to start the day. I have many other products from them as well.

Updated review: I have now been taking these on and off for a while and a negative side effect or weird thing I definitely experience is a burping or indigestion feeling about 10-15 mins after taking them! I wonder if the herbs they use are better in teas and when you swallow them they are too concentrated or like a shock to the system causing your stomach to create gas. I take many supplements and only this supplement does this to me. Does anyone feel the same? Initial review: I actually do feel a difference! I think if you take one in the morning one at night you feel calm but I must say they are expensive for just 60 caps and you must take two a day so technically these only last 30 days! (One month) I wish they were abit more reasonable.

What a beautiful supplement. It is truly magical. The ingredients are amazing. The pills are a beautiful pink colour.

I really like Pure Synergy products. I was looking for supplements that are made primarily from herbs and foods. The quality is in every aspect of the product. I also like the fact that they use pullulan capsules, because I always think it's a shame that good products come in capsules that aren't always healthy according to their ingredients and you swallow that.

I get anxious about sleeping and I take one before bed. I don’t worry about whether I can fall asleep or not. It helps me relax.
