I like them because they were yummy, but they were very mild. They didn’t make me sleep as much as I wanted to sleep. The size was decent and the quality was good. The dosage was just low too low for me, but the benefits were fine for someone else that taste was tasty.

this is a good product and it does the work it helps you be calm and soothe before bed but I have to say I think the gum is work much better than this one
