This product is very good quality,I felt the effects on my first few days,I only took one per day as I’m taking other supplements and I avoid mixing them up.The only think I would mention is the strong smell of rotten cheese…but is manageable.
I found that the ingredients were similar to Gundry's Biocomplete. It's nice to have the option of buying it here on iHerb, since I can't always swing the cost for either one of them. Though I pretty much use one of these to help my digestion every day. I've tried just Tributryn by itself, but it didn't have the same effect as in combination. I wish they could be more affordable, but I just have to wait for the sales to come on here and get this one. Great for my gut and microbiome and helps with keep things regular.
Price a little high but quality is high as well. Ive been looking for such a good pre+ probiotic that will help me with healthier gut and better bowel movements
Very pleased with a formula that has all the important ingredients for gut health. Been loving the Mary Ruth range and been happy with the good quality. Has been helpful especially for my digestion issues
I haven't tried it yet but the amount of tributytin inside along with the fiber all from natural sources makes it look like a very complete pre, pro and post biotic.
First time I buy this product. I was looking for a good combination of pro, pre and post biotic. So for now waiting for the results

I have loved everything I have bought from MaryRuth's but I hate these. The smell, which other reviewers mention is really that bad. I thought I would be able to overlook it. It's really bad. The gastric distress was worse. I just requested a refund. I'll be going back to their beauty probiotic formula which has neither issue.
If you want something that has high-quality ingredients that improves your gut health this is a great option. Sidenote, the capsules are not too big.
I really like this brand and know they use good quality clean ingredients. I’m always skeptical with probiotics, their absorption ability and therefore benefit so hoping to see some improvements soon!
