Thyme has many applications. I use it for testosterone boosting and it has proved most beneficial. Men should try it as a safe and effective way to address age related declines in testosterone. My advice is be careful not to take more than 2 capsules per day. A stomach upset can result with too high a dosage.
I watched a video on the internet by Dr Berg and he discussed the good things that thyme does. I followed all of the directions and it helped me. He said to take one a day. There was no taste and the stuff is obviously top notch as it worked. I had no problems and it did not leave a bad taste with me. This thyme supplement is decent in terms of quality and quantity you get a good amount for the price. I used it as part of a natural routine for respiratory and immune support. It’s gentle on the stomach and easy to incorporate daily. However, I didn’t notice immediate strong effects like some other herbs (like oregano oil), so it works more gradually and needs consistency. Good as a supportive supplement, but not something you rely on alone for quick results.
Glad I bought it, I was searching for awhile and saw all the nice reviews so I gave it a try, I wasn’t disappointed and I would buy it again, I could see an improvement, I usually take after I eat food but I’d say give it a try!
I was hoping to be blessed with the scent of thyme upon opening the bottle but that was not the case I actually had to crack open the capsule to see if it even had time in it. It tasted like a grocery store, brand mild thyme off the spice rack. The dosage seems generous, and the ingredient quality seems good. It’s not gonna knock your socks off but it’s a nice mild supplement.
