Lecithin Granules, 16 oz (454 g)

First time using this particular brand of soy lecithin granules and they appear to be doing the trick. Other Swanson products have been good so thought I'd try these out. GMO-free ingredients with a mild taste. I add a scoop to a glass of water and drink immediately. Good size container. Note than granules are not yellow like other similar products; unsure as to why that is. *** Please 'like' this review if U found it helpful ***

Light taste but great effect, quite perfect to mix in water. The quality is great and it's only one ingredient. I can choose the right dosage

I've got this granulated lecithin powder that I've been using, and it's pretty good - nothing bad to say about it.

I trust Swanson brand so I thought I would try this lecithin. So far, I have used it in smoothies and it works for us. It has a pretty strong flavor but I am able to mask it with cocoa powder and vanilla and other ingredients so it's not bad. It reminds me of putting blackstrap molasses in my smoothies but we don't mind the taste. I use this to get a good dosage of choline in our diets and this works for us.

This is the best lecithin for taste, texture, and value.

I have used many other lecithin products, but this is my favorite for texture.

I've chosen to try this additive to my almost daily smoothies. Seems to have a nice state of matter: dryer than other ones I tried that stick to a bulk. I plan to try also lecithin powder from sunflower source, though the soy trace is minimal in this product.

I have bougth the second pack already. It is easy to swallow, nice teast.

Ordered to support liver functions, it has different benefits as well. Powder mode of soybean, which is main ingredient. Tastes oily. Used as described on packaging dosage. Liked the quality and big packaging. Granules are small sizes so can be eaten right away. It is beneficial to take big package if you need to use supplement longer
