I have been taking licorice for a long time but it was the normal version. Decides to get this since i am taking this for blood sugar control and stomach issues. Long term high blood pressure issues can be caused by the normal one. Taste isnt the best but it'll do.

These are great for my stomach! They last forever because I take just one or maximum two when my stomach acid is really bad. I would recommend taking these after the meal. They also taste really good. Ingredients are natural. The size is ok and one bottle can last few months.
The first time I tried it, I nearly spat it out. The taste was horrible. But I needed it for my gastritis so I just forced myself to chew it down. Then I gradually got used to the taste and it doesn't bother me anymore at all. In fact I don't even know what tasted bad about it. It breaks down quickly when you chew it. I don't have any issues taking it before food. I definitely think it's been helping my gastritis. The mint is very soothing and it's a really good support for the stomach lining. I chew 2 tablets before every meal. I will continue to use this often!

Does NOT taste like licorice LOL. Unpleasant but tolerable taste. They take a while to dissolve in your mouth. You take them before a meal. I have heartburn/acid reflux sometimes. I read these help. They do help but it's not like a WOW I'm healed kind of thing. Solid brand. Good price.
