All iron gummies I’ve had taste a little metal-y. These are no different, but the taste is way more manageable than other gummies I’ve had. My body seems to digest the gummies better than the pills, especially ones that are paired with vitamin C. But I love that it’s not an overwhelming amount of either. Too much vitamin C gives me sores in my mouth. High quality is maintained even after opening. Other supplements get goopy after opening. Overall, this is my preferred choice for an iron supplement to help with my anemia during pregnancy.

Iron pills are hard to take and we were in search of gummies. This one comes with Vitamin C which we didn’t really care as we take Vitamin C in collagen powder. We didn’t want to overdose Vitamin C. So we got collagen powder without Vitamin C and started to try this gummy. It’s good. Much easier than pills.

i have to take iron for anemia and i like gummy candy. i like the texture, dose, added vitamin C and they don't hurt my stomach, however i took off one star for the taste. the grape flavor is not bad, it's just not what i prefer.
