Best buckwheat & brown rice soba noodles I've tried so far! I wish the package was bigger )) I like pairing them with fried vegetables and fish, also I add at the end a little bit of sesame oil - magic, it gives a great flavor.
I love soba noodles. They can be tricky to find with all gluten free ingredients, but when I do they are so worth it because they taste great. These are definitely one of my favorites because they have such a deep flavor. I definitely think these are high quality noodles and they are good in soups, but they are even better in bowls and stir-fry's.
Good substitute for grain pasta. Actually they are more delicious they have a natural taste, I use them with homemade tomatoes sauce and some parmigiano on the top and me and my hubby really enjoyed them. Nice package and pasta size and the quality of ingredients are good especially you are gluten-free.
Buckwheat makes a great taste in beer, bread or noodles
I really like soba noodles and I was happy to find a product that the ingredient contains only whole grains, no wheat. I made them in an Asian stir-fry, the next time I order I will try them in ramen soup or a cold noodle salad, I have a feeling they will go very well. Not very cheap but... the size of the package suitable for a meal for two people only.
