I was feeling very hungry and cold but did not want to add anything to the meals I had already eaten as around 6 in the evening. I felt so miserable I was about to have something to eat then saw this and thought yes, for 25 calories, I will try it. WOW, It tasted great, low sodium as regular Miso is crazy high in salt and it is soooooooooooooo filling. I am ordering 10 packs as now my new hunger busting go to. No will power required when on calorie restriction as this makes you forget you were ever cold or hungry . Plus all you need is a kettle of hot water and you are good to go. If you like Miso soup in general, and don't want to go through the hurdles to make it yourself, this is it. Just boil water and it's ready in a couple of minutes - even 20 seconds but waiting a couple of minutes make it more delicious. I also take advantage of the reduced sodium to put a bit of Vegeta (I basically manage the sodium myself - rather than getting hit with a large sodium intake from other brands). It has great properties: very low calories (25 per package), reduced sodium, low carbs. If you are still hungry after a meal and don't want to add too many calories, this is the perfect fill. It will settle your hunger and put you back on track with your goals.
