Easy to prepare and great to have an instant meal option that's gluten free but they're VERY bland. Needed to add a lot to it to make it enjoyable which isn't ideal when you want a super quick instant meal.

Definitely not my favorite veggie rice noodle soup (heavy on and pretty much only mushroom and greens). But always grateful for gluten free options.

As a huge fan of garlic, I loved this. It can be a little salty, like all ramen, but seemed less than usual.

It is expensive but these gluten free noodles have the texture of "normal noodles". Very often rice noodles are sticky or chewy but these are great. Soup is also very tasty and it has actual vegetables in it, not just unidentifiable green pieces. Like no its not enough veggies for a healthy meal but amazing on the go snack for a celiac. Easy to use and great taste!
