Great iron supplement!
My 94-year-old father has been using this for some time to keep him from being anemic and it works very well. He has dealt with constipation in the past; however, this plant-based formula does not cause this issue. He and my husband now are using this to stop the restless leg issues they were having, and it has worked great for that as well. Highly recommend this!
