I started taking these Elderberry Vitamin C + Zinc with Vitamin D3 + Ginger capsules a few weeks ago, and I definitely feel it’s helping with my immunity. Once thing that’s different, is the added ginger, which is great because it helps with my digestive system, and getting these where they need to. I love the other multiple benefits as well, and happy these are vegetarian capsules! They actually are very easy capsules to swallow, which is a huge plus to me! There is no after-taste from these supplements either.

My husband does not like gummies so this is a great effective way to get his elderberry in. I love the added bonus of extra vitamins included with it and lesson the load of taking more vitamins.

the ingredients and dosage of vitamins c, Zinc, elderberry and ginger is just what I want. it also has d3 but I prefer have d3 k2 separately. I take it during the 1st sign of unwell and it is effective.
