Great product, love the combo. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It’s hard to tell if it’s helping with my PCOS symptoms yet since I’ve been taking it for only couple weeks but I think I’ll be reordering once it’s back in stock. I can definitely feel the niacin.

I’ve tried many inositol supplements and this is a good one. Did notice my menstrual cycle becomjng notmal and regular, reduced cramps and pain. So, potency was just right. You won’t feel any taste unless you chew it. But even if you bite the taste is pretty pleasant. Packaging is good, easy to open.
