The first Iron supplement I can actually take on an empty stomach without nausea. Hope it will rise my ferritin level. It has some taste, but rather neutral.
I have reacted badly to other supplements with iron in it and this one was fine. I also took it before bed just to make sure it didn't make me nauseous.

Being vegan I’ve been on iron supplements for years, this one has folate and vitamin c together so it’s even better
Usually I buy Albion iron, but this one is also a good form - Ferrochel - and I was simply drawn in by the fact that it contains some herbs for women’s health, so I decided to try it. In terms of how it feels compared to Albion, there’s no difference - no discomfort when taken on an empty stomach. Since I take it with vitamin C to significantly increase absorption, I mix this combo with glycine powder dissolved in water to counteract any vitamin C discomfort. It works just as well as Albion iron. I’m not sure if the herbs have any effect - I haven’t noticed.
I have been using this for a couple of years. I cannot comment on efficacy, but the pill isn't too big, so I can swallow it easily, and there is no unpleasant aftertaste.
