Great taste, good caffeine amount, anything else is just not necessary in the pre workout. It has creatine, and beta alanine. Beta alanine amount is not enough to make any significant difference in training, but I honestly just take it for the caffeine. Tastes good and gets me going. Disolves good, but the creatine does not fully desolves, as it should.
