These are such a staple to my supplement regime. They definitely help with mood, depression and overall feeling of well being. They are a bit pricey, which is a downfall, and have fillers, so I’m in search of an alternative. Great product though.

I did not really feel anything when I took it, and don't have any comparison to anything else, never tried SAMe from other brands. Will not order again.
This is the 3rd bottle I am taking of this brand. I take just one per day in the morning to support my methylation needs. I feel better mood and energy as a result. I started taking this after testing my methylation function via blood test and the results indicated SAMe support was warranted. Will continue to taking from this brand as it is producing consistent results, and is good quality at a reasonable price
This is a great quality vitamin that helps you with energy in the morning, but it is very important to take it before food or 2 hours after because of ingredients. I will definitely buy one more in the future
SAMe is not typically a cheap supplement, but the Protocol for Life Balance SAMe delivers a good value and effective supplement for the price. My only complaint is that the powder quickly shrinks inside of the capsules when I sort them into my pill organizers. This does not seem to affect the potency however, so I'm happy to continue taking it.
Very good for liver problems, I was recommended by a natural vet to give this to my dog who is suffering from liver enzymes highly elevated which would lead to liver failure. So far so good his liver enzymes have normalized, I give him 100mg (1/2 the capsule) once a day together with Silymarin and all is going well. I like this brand it never fails to produce good quality stuff.
I started using SAMe for undermethylation, it works, it is a good quality SAMe, it gets very well asborbed, the effect is there, but it doesn't suit me, I'm the type of person who do better on Folic Acid and B12.
