I love tgis vegan brand. I also absolutely love the size of these multivitamins. It is a nice small size that is easy to swallow. Most multivitamins are gigantic and are hard to swallow. You won't have that problem with these multivitamins. I've been buying various vitamins from this brand for several years, and I will continue to do so. These are good to take daily. Godd price for the quantity and quality. Only necessary ingredients.

Too many multivitamin in the US have crazy high RDA percentages, especially with the B vitamins and some minerals, making them potentially dangerous, especially if taken daily for long periods of time. It is then refreshing to find one that has low/normal dosages for potency so that it can be a good product to use at alternate days (or in days when the physical or mental expenditure is not as demanding).

We like these because they are vegan and really appreciate that they offer one without iron. I also like the proportions on the individual vitamins and minerals. It works well with how we eat. The smaller size is easy to swallow.

These tiny pills are great! I don't love swallowing pills, and neither do my kids. It's really nice that you only need ONE of these per day, which makes them super affordable. However, in addition, you may want to add calcium and magnesium supplements, because these vitamins don't have enough of them. I like these because they are really small and they don't leave any type of aftertaste. I'm glad to have made the switch away from gummies and on to a more natural alternative. We will be buying these again.
