EVL Nutrition Electrolytes. If you are anything like me, I don't hate just plain water, but I usually don't drink enough water per day unless I'm mixing some flavor into it. I must say that ever since trying out this Electrolyte powder, I'm able to drink more water (I actually love the taste and crave it when I'm thirsty), so I've been easily able to hit my daily water goals. It doesn't take much powder to do the trick either!

If you're looking for a true electrolyte supplement to support adequate hydration levels, this one isn't the best. However, I use it in my morning digestion drink for just a small amount of added sodium and other minerals, but mainly for the sweet lemon flavor to be paired with ginger root powder and ACV.

I am on keto diet. This is the best taste electrolyte I have ever tried. I don't know about the hydration result, because I don't know how to test it. But it sure helps me to drink it more.

The quality of ingredients is what I was looking for. The taste is very sweet, so Im not using a full scoop in a water bottle. I definitely feel hydrated even with the sweetness, the size and package is on par with others if the same. The benefits aren't used for a workout for me, I use it first thing in the morning .

delicious electrolytes drink, it's nice to have a scoop where you can control the portion of powder to water, i thought the box would be bigger but a good amount of powder overall there is a bit of powder that doesn't dissolve at the bottom of the bottle after mixing
