Good quality pre-workout with a very strong ingredient composition. Includes a full matrix with citrulline and arginine for pump, caffeine, yohimbe and DMAE for energy and focus, plus additional ingredients for testosterone support. The benefit is noticeable in energy and performance. For me it gives a strong boost, intense focus and a fast pump, but it is clearly a high stimulant supplement. It also helps reduce fatigue symptoms during workouts, but can feel aggressive if you are sensitive to caffeine or stimulants. The combination of ingredients is powerful, so dosing needs to be controlled. Mixes well, taste is decent, and scoop size is standard. Overall a strong supplement for performance, but more suitable for experienced users due to the high stimulant composition.
