I am amazed at this herbal laxative. I have had problems with regular bowl movements all my life. Nothing has helped me long term as my body seems to begin to adjust to the laxative and it looses its effectiveness. This has been great ! I started with 2 caps dosage for the first 2 days and I’ve gone to one as it is truly remarkable and beneficial! No taste. And size of capsule is good Ingredients are natural and quality is good. I had a bit provlems recently but thanks to the product i feel less bloated and more free. and i use it just when needed and it is effective after some hours. ps. dont go out if you take it, is better for your social image. anyway thanks to this product your intestin will be free like Eren in the last season.

It's good but contains a herb that it's not good to take long time.

I bought this as a natural laxative.. however, i did not find it much effective.. it is organic, high quality ingredients.. maybe i have to increase the dose and give it a try again?
