These are about the size of a quarter, a little thicker, but are chewable and taste fruity. It’s hard to tell how well vitamins are working when you first start them but I like the fact that they use methylated B vitamins, and the vitamin D is vegan. This is a hard combo to find!
Nice scant with red Berries and good quality only once daily. Like it. chewables and easy. supportive for daily nutrition with different ingredients. The product is "No bitterness" that is my daughter preference.
