Take the b6 out! Seriously, manufacturers, just take the b6 out. It is crazy high, does nothing for sleep and since US supplements all seem to be laden with the stuff, it leaves people at risk for B6 toxicity. So much so I chose to find another melatonin without it in so I wouldn't be at risk. If you're ok with that risk then as melatonin goes it was pretty good. Actually does what it says on the packet.

Tiny tablet is easy to swallow. 3 mg. Is just right for me, sleepiness comes within about 45 minutes. Good sleep, no drowsiness in the morning. I like that it contains only 2 other ingredients.
