I needed to take B12 and this methylcobalamin is the best source of B12. I like the taste and quality is great. The size is so tiny which I like, and I'm hoping to see improvement on next blood work test results.

I think that’s a good vitamin B12. The taste is gentle. You need to let it absorb under your tongue so it’s absorb better then a vitamin B 12 you swallow. The packaging is a little bit ridiculous because the box is very big and there is only 60 tiny tables inside so when you open it, it looks like it’s empty and tablets are missing. I think the packaging could be much smaller and it will be more convenient for taking it with you.

Must look carefully at the quantity and Ingredients as I did in the past bought the wrong amount of mcg,the quality is good and taste very good! Berry flavour is so yummy! Helps with energy but mainly take it for the nervous system. B12 helps protects the nerve endings which is important !
