A good, high-quality omega. I bought it to support cardiovascular health. It also helps support healthy skin, normal immune function, and proper nervous system function. It lowers cholesterol. It has a natural composition and a high dose of active ingredients that replenish deficiencies in the body. The size is comfortable to use. The taste is neutral.
I like the high dosage and good tolerability. The capsules are the usual size for fish oil, but I can swallow them easily. The quality and workmanship are excellent.

I like that one capsule already contains a full dose of EPA and DHA (450/300), you don't need to drink it by the handful. I drink it for general health - as a "base", without a pronounced effect, but I understand that this is work for the future. I trust the KAL brand, the capsules are without fish burps and are easy to swallow. A good option for regular use.
