The quality of Solgar is awesome but I found hard to swallow this vitamins. The size of the pills are veeeery big. The calcium is very important for us women no matter the age but I need to find an alternative. The ingredients are good. The packaging is always great. I combine this supplement with other vitamins and I saw an improvement on my bones. It has no taste which is good and the benefit of it aswell!

I’ve got this product hoping that vitamin D with calcium will help my mood in the winter time. Unfortunately it gave me depression! I have to take different meds and food supplements as well so this product didn’t agree with them. So I stop talking it and now I’m ok. But don’t get me wrong I’m not trying to say it’s a bad thing.
