Great value for money, very helpful with sleep quality and bone strength. Have taken calcuim and magnesuim supps for years. Helps with stress and anxiety, do give it a try.
This high quality Calcium-Magnesium supplement has very good ingredients. The forms used are relatively affordable. The Calcium/Magnesium ratio, 2:1, is reasonable. The potency is very good. The benefits are well known for bone health. The taste is neutral but the tablet may cause some bloating. The pricing is very competitive.

Wish it had magnesium glycinate in it though. But very good quantity and amount per capsule. Not for those who cannot swallow large capsules.

I found out after I purchased this that you shouldn’t take calcium and magnesium at the same time. So I changed to just magnesium.
highe quality ingredients. at my age and after a fee pregnancies ibneed a quality calcium/mag product. the pills are large but I find that it helps me so its worth it. I've take other brands but this is my favorite.
